We help people in the community in several ways. For example, we offer practical help for people without discrimination, stand up for those vulnerable, fight against injustice and encourage people to deepen their relationship with God. We provide utility assistance to individuals and families at risk of having their water, gas, or electricity terminated. We give out food to anyone in need daily. We provide cleaning supplies and toiletries to those who are in need. Salvation Army has a shower where homeless or without water can come and take a shower. We work with other agencies in the area to help as many people in need as we can. We do not turn anyone away based on sex, religion, sexual orientation, or ethnicity.
