On May 9, 2024, Wheeling Island’s 2024 Game Changer Program donated $17,358.57 to The United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley. We want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and say thank you for their contribution! This donation will go straight to our Raised Here, Stays Here campaign which supports more than 26 local agencies! We are very thankful to Wheeling Island and the support they provide to us and other local nonprofits!

To further highlight Wheeling Island’s generosity, The United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley conducts three events with Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack. We host our Night at the Casino event in February, our Reverse Raffle event in September, and the Building a Better Community Breakfast in November. We always have a great turnout and an unforgettable time every year thanks to Wheeling Island!
