The Circus Saints and Sinners held their annual Party in the Park this year and the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley was chosen as the beneficiary. Hundreds of community members came out in support of the event. Perkins catered a wonderful dinner and Jukebox played music throughout the night at Levenson Shelter at Oglebay Park. The United Way is very grateful of the hard work event chairman, Paul Smith, put in to make this event successful.
