Help give local kids a good holiday buy donating new toys to Operation Toy Lift.  The Wheeling Police Department, in conjunction with the Belmont County Sheriff’s Department, the United Way and several Ohio Valley Businesses are joining forces for Operation Toy Lift Saturday, December 11, 2021.  We will be collecting new toys for kids in our area this holiday season.  Local celebrities will be up in the bucket, waiving to shoppers, from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

Donations can be dropped off at the Ohio Valley Mall parking lot and monetary donations can be made to the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley Attn. Toy Lift.  All monetary donations will go towards helping local families this holidays season.
