Operation Toy Lift 2024 was an overwhelming success, and we are thrilled to share the positive impact it had on our community. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our volunteers, local organizations, and the generous contributions from our community, we were able to assist numerous families in need through our agencies and local nonprofits this holiday season.

Thank you Upper Ohio Valley!

A special thank you goes out to the Wheeling Police Department and the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office for their unwavering support throughout the event. Their presence and commitment helped ensure that the operation ran smoothly and safely. We are also deeply grateful to all the organizations and businesses that contributed their time, resources, and donations to make this initiative a success.

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to the dedicated volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help with setup, coordination, and distribution. Your efforts were instrumental in making this event possible. A special acknowledgment goes to Pam McKim and Meghan Ball from Belmont Savings Bank, Wendy Anderson of the St. Clairsville Area Chamber of Commerce, all Wesbanco employees, Andrea Merriman from iHeart Media, and Kristen Judy, our United Way Outstanding Volunteer of the Year. Your hard work and passion for giving back to the community made all the difference.

Thanks to the collective efforts of all involved, we were able to bring joy to over 1,000 children this holiday season by providing them with much-needed Christmas presents. This accomplishment would not have been possible without the dedication and commitment of our volunteers and staff. Your generosity and support have made a lasting impact, and we look forward to continuing this mission in the years to come. Thank you again to everyone who made Operation Toy Lift a success!

We can help you give local. The United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley is the communities’ giving plan.
