Congrats to all the winners for the Wheeling Feeling Chili Cookoff! Best Restaurants Blind Judging: #1 Quaker Steak & Lube, #2 Generations; #3 Wild West.

Peoples Choice: #1 TJ’s / Main Street Bank; #2 Edens.

Rookie Chef: Ryan Butler from Public Market (based on points on blind Judging for 1st time entries).
Best Booth Decorations & showmanship: Restaurant Division – TJ’s
Individual ICS Cook Tammy Wibble who also is the winner of Best of Wheeling for individual cooks.
Miss Hot Chili Pepper was From the Public Market: Mary Blake
Mr. Hot Sauce was John ”the Reverand Chili”
