The 27th Annual Sandy O’Haver Day of Caring was held on September 12th. The event drew in record numbers with nearly 350 volunteers from 40 companies participating. Bordas & Bordas is the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley 2018 Campaign Kickoff Sponsor. The kick-off was held at Wheeling Park’s White Palace.
