Kaleidoscope is a four-hour event for elementary school children. During the four hours, each child will take part in variety of educational, physical, and fun activities. The children will be provided lunch and a free t-shirt. When a parent registers his or her child(ren) for the event, they will choose five activities that relate to their child’s interests. According to this preference and the overall demand, the child is assigned activities.
The children will be separated into four different groups based on grade level (Pre-K-K, 1-2, 3-4, and 5-6). Throughout the day, children are kept in their grade level group and rotate between activities.
